Vodafone Idea (Vi) users are facing major service disruptions today, with reports flooding in about issues related to mobile internet and overall network connectivity. Several users have complained of a complete blackout, saying they are unable to access any Vi services.

According to outage-tracking platform Downdetector, more than 1,880 complaints were registered shortly after midnight. The number of reports spiked to 1,940 at around 1:01 AM on Friday, April 18. Downdetector logs such incidents only when the volume of problem reports is significantly higher than the usual levels for that time of day.

As of now, Vodafone Idea has not released an official statement addressing the issue.
